How bonus caps work
A bonus of 200% or more taken with any deposit has a max cashout of 10x that deposit. Such bonuses count as Special Bonuses and as Special Promotions.
How cashback works
Every cashback offer carries 1x wagering, and the cashback has to be wagered in full before you can withdraw. Withdrawals from cashback are capped at 10x the cashback amount, and this also covers cashback given as gifts, comps or free chips. The cashback amount itself cannot be cashed out, and we may deduct cashback from a pending withdrawal.
Cashback offers of 100% or more are Special Bonuses too, and cashback insurance of 75% or more is a Special Promotion. Cashback won through a tournament, a raffle prize or a Special Promotion has a lower cap of 2x the cashback bonus with 1x wagering. Players with a pending withdrawal or a balance above A$100 cannot receive tournament prizes, raffle cash, ongoing cashback or other special promotions.
Playing with or without a bonus
Bonus money helps you build winnings, but it is not part of what you can take home, so we remove it when you cash out. If you would rather play without a bonus, say so before you start. Our customer support team can then remove it, as long as no play has begun. Once any wager is made, the bonus stays until the balance reaches zero or the wagering is complete.
Each promotion runs only for the period set in the promotional offer itself or in our messages to you.
Deposits and the 10x rule
Every deposit has to be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved, and a deposit made for a promotion follows that promotion's own wagering. A deposit of A$249 or less has a maximum withdrawal of 10x the deposit for that play session. When we approve such a withdrawal, we apply the 10x rule, adjust the payout to the limit and clear the rest of the balance.
Free bonuses and free chips
Comps, free chips, converted Comp Points and other non-deposit bonuses have a fixed maximum withdrawal of A$50, and we clear any balance above it. Free bonuses use their own wagering of 20x to 60x unless an offer states otherwise. You can cash out free-bonus winnings once in your gaming lifetime, unless our casino manager approves another withdrawal.
If you have never deposited, one successful deposit of at least A$15 comes first before a free-chip win can be paid. That first deposit cannot be withdrawn. Returning players need a deposit made within the last 30 days for the same kind of payout. In both cases the qualifying deposit cannot be added to a pending withdrawal, and we deduct it from the total if it is.
Players who only use free bonuses can withdraw winnings from their first three free bonuses during the first 30 days after registering. After that, free-bonus funds are no longer cashable and come off the balance or the withdrawal. A player who has not added funds for 30 days or more becomes a free bonus player and cannot withdraw winnings from free bonuses or from cash we grant.
Mixing a free-play balance with a real-play balance is not allowed, and keeping them apart is your responsibility. When you deposit on top of a free chip balance, everything you held before that deposit is still treated as free play.
Refer a friend
Invite a friend to our casino and we add an A$25 bonus to your account once your friend has deposited at least A$25 and placed a few wagers. The bonus shows up in the promotions list of the cashier, where you press Claim to add it.
For security reasons, people on the same computer or registering from one IP address cannot take part. Referred players must not be existing members of our casino.
Payments and withdrawals
You can deposit with Visa, Mastercard or Bitcoin; players in Australia withdraw through Bitcoin only.
Deposits
You can deposit with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, web wallets and vouchers, as well as Cashlib and Bitcoin. Every card, wallet or bank account you use has to be registered in your own name. If our security checks find a payment method in someone else's name, we can void the winnings and send the original deposit back to the account it came from. Our security team also checks the name at withdrawal time. When the name on your account and the name on the deposit method differ, withdrawal requests are cancelled and the account is closed, with no exceptions.
Withdrawals to Bitcoin
Players in Australia currently withdraw winnings through Bitcoin only. When you request a payout, enter your BTC wallet address in the cashier, and we pay only to the wallet registered for that request. A crypto withdrawal must follow a crypto deposit.
You are responsible for entering the correct Bitcoin address. If a BTC payment goes to an address that is not yours because of an error you made when requesting the withdrawal, we will not re-issue it.
Withdrawal limits and timing
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is A$50. Unless otherwise stated, you can take out up to A$1,500 per request and A$10,000 per month. Sums above the monthly limit are paid in instalments until the full amount reaches you, and that limit does not apply to a progressive jackpot.
A verified account can withdraw up to A$1,000 each week. Until your documents arrive, the limit is A$500 per week. During periods of high withdrawal volume, we may lower weekly limits to A$500 for a while.
Approval can take up to 12 working days once authorisation is complete. With more than one pending withdrawal, the processing time of up to 12 business days for each later request starts only once the first one has been paid.
Fees
All withdrawals carry a transfer fee of A$10 to A$40. The exact amount depends on your location, is set by our payment processor and is paid by the player.
Documents we ask for
To approve a pending withdrawal, we ask for the documents below.
- a copy of your ID or passport, front and back
- a recent utility bill with the name and address on your account
- front and back copies of every card used to deposit, with all digits covered except the first four and last four
- a signed Card Authorization Form
A withdrawal is cancelled when the requested documents are still missing 30 days after the request. If you change your mind before a payout is processed, you can reverse it and keep playing with those credits.
Refunds
All deposits are final, and no refund can be completed once a deposit has been played at our games. A refund can be requested within 24 hours of the original deposit when certain conditions are met. For a games malfunction we need a screenshot, for credits you could not play the balance must be unplayed, and for a wrong charge we need a statement. A processing fee applies, A$55 for a Paper Check, A$20 for a SEPA wire and A$75 for a SWIFT wire. Cryptocurrency deposits under A$25 are too small to refund once transaction fees are taken, so we credit that amount to your balance as a deposit under the usual deposit rules.
